It is very easy to configure your Google Workspace account. Once you've signed up, you'll need to:
- Select your Google Workspace.
- Configure your custom domain for use with Gmail and other utilities.
- Join groups and assign users to groups and give them rights according to the role assigned to them.
- Security controls (for example, two-factor authentication and administrative restrictions).

Google Classroom is free for educational users until some features which allow learning to continue through the pandemic are included in Google Workspace for education to learn more here; however, Gmail, Drive, and other workspace tools are under paid plans.

If you want to exit from Google Workspace, then you will be able to do it easily in Google Admin Console. Following cancellation, your data will be available to you for a certain period of time (usually 30 days) and then will be deleted. For cancellation details and all other questions on changing your plan, please contact our support department.
Yes, it is possible to switch between Google Workspace plans either up or down from the Admin Console at any time that you want to. You will only have to pay for the prices of the new plan beginning from the following billing cycle. For those who are not sure which plan to choose or those who face difficulties during upgrade or downgrade, you are welcome to address our sales or support.
